The School Principal Strategy in Optimizing the Development of Religious Culture at SDIT Firdaus Kauman Mojosari
Abstract
Researchers conducted the basis of students' moral decline. Especially in the aspect of technology which is developing rapidly, it has a negative influence that is eroding student circles. Religious culture is important in this case, because religious values function as a strong foundation for forming positive character and attitudes. The research aims to analyze the principal's strategy in optimizing the development of religious culture at SDIT Firdaus. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with school principals, school principals and teachers as well as documentation enriched the research analysis. The initial assumption of success in optimizing religious culture development at SDIT Firdaus is influenced by the principal's ability to manage religious programs in a structured manner, be a role model and build harmonious relationships with teachers, students and parents. As well as managing all resources optimally, both infrastructure and training for teachers so that they become supporters in guiding students religiously.
