Abraham Maslow stated that man have five needs the basics that must be fulfilled, namely covering need physical, safety needs, needs will love, need will award self, and needs actualization self. While That intelligence emotional is an idea coined by Daniel Goleman in its mastery regarding five things, namely awareness self, settings self, motivation, empathy, and skills social. Although leave from two different things, hierarchy need man own relatedness with intelligence emotional. This is due to hierarchy need human beings who have fulfilled in accordance level or its level, can give positive impact in increase intelligence emotional, especially in participants educate. However, still Not yet there is someone discussing relatedness theory This with intelligence emotional.
