The study examined 405 participants. Applying descriptive statistics and multiple Linear Regression determined that Social Media Marketing and Brand Loyalty exert a moderately positive effect on Online Purchase Intention. This shows the need for tailored marketing strategies. The Multiple Linear Regression analysis reveals that social media marketing (R² = 0.206) and brand loyalty (R² = 0.217) moderately influence Online Purchase Intention. Key elements such as platform-specific features (β = 0.254, p = 0.000), peer influence (β = 0.190, p = 0.002), regular brand usage (β = 0.194, p = 0.002), and customer reward schemes (β = 0.176, p = 0.004) play significant roles in this effect. The findings indicate that Thai supermarkets can attract Chinese customers by optimizing social media marketing strategies (e.g., culturally relevant content on WeChat and Weibo), enhancing brand loyalty programs (e.g., personalized membership rewards), and providing tailored content (e.g., informative and engaging interactions). While social media activities do not directly influence buying decisions, they modestly contribute to increasing consumer recognition and interaction with brands. Additionally, supermarkets should develop differentiated strategies to cater to various groups, such as young consumers aged 25–34 and middle-income groups, to meet their needs better and enhance competitiveness.

2025-03-25T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://e-journal.uac.ac.id/index.php/ICORcs/article/view/6672 The Effect of Workplace Fun and Organizational Identification on Employee Innovation Behavior in IT Companies 2025-04-15T04:31:51+00:00 Huang Wei she.s@mail.rmutk.ac.th She Shengxiang she.s@mail.rmutk.ac.th
This study aims to explore how workplace fun, organizational identification, and demographic factors influence employee innovative behavior (EIB) in Chinese IT companies. Based on Social Exchange Theory and Affective Events Theory, the research collected 400 valid responses through a questionnaire survey and analyzed the data using methods such as linear regression, t-tests, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results indicate that both workplace fun and organizational identification have a positive impact on employee innovative behavior. Additionally, demographic factors such as age, education level, work experience, and position significantly influence employee innovative behavior, while gender does not. This study finds that workplace fun provides employees with positive emotional experiences, enhancing their intrinsic motivation and willingness to innovate. Organizational identification fosters a sense of belonging and alignment with organizational goals, further stimulating innovative behavior. Furthermore, employees who are older, more educated, have longer work experiences, and hold technical/R&D positions demonstrate higher levels of innovative behavior. This research offers valuable insights for IT companies, suggesting that managers should create a fun workplace environment and promote organizational identification to enhance employee innovation capability, thereby helping companies maintain a competitive edge in the fiercely competitive market.

Keywords: Workplace fun; Organizational identification; Employee innovation behavior; IT companies.
2025-03-13T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://e-journal.uac.ac.id/index.php/ICORcs/article/view/6921 Mahāprajña Nikāya in Mainland China: Doctrine, Practice, and the Roles of Masters 2025-03-26T00:27:19+00:00 Jiahuan Cao chompoo.g@mail.rmutk.ac.th Yaoping Liu chompoo.g@mail.rmutk.ac.th Chompoo Gotiram chompoo.g@mail.rmutk.ac.th
This research investigates the practices of the Mahāprajña Nikāya, the beliefs and implementation of doctrines, and the role of the Master in the advancement and cultivation of the Mahāprajña Nikāya in Mainland China. The research primarily employed document analysis and in-depth interviews with esteemed teachers from the Mahāprajña Nikāya. The studied materials comprised excerpts from the Prajñāpāramitā Sūtras, the works of Tsongkhapa, the teachings of Master Nenghai, and the teachings of Ajahn Brahm and Bhikkhu Bodhi. In addition, in order to gather information about meditation practices in the Mahāprajña Nikāya, an examination of meditation was conducted using two texts: 'The Heart of the Buddha's Teaching' by Thich Nhat Hanh (1999) and 'The Miracle of Mindfulness' by Thich Nhat Hanh (1975). Subsequently, comprehensive interviews were conducted with three highly experienced teachers. The findings indicate that the doctrine of wisdom (prajñā) is the fundamental essence of the journey toward enlightenment, with the comprehension of emptiness being a crucial element. Meditation has been discovered as the principal method for cultivating wisdom and attaining a profound comprehension of emptiness. Teachers play a crucial role in the Mahāprajña Nikāya as mentors who guide meditation and comprehension of the teachings. Islam, through the prophets, conveys the highest values of perfection, covering both worldly and afterlife issues. These values are visible in the daily life of humanity, and especially in modern life, which is more commonly known as global life. This article discusses religion and government through the thoughts of al-Ghazali, using a library research method. Al-Ghazali views in his book Ihya' Ulum al-Din that the purpose of human creation encompasses both worldly and afterlife matters. Humans were sent down as khalifatu fil ardi (vicegerents on Earth), and the purpose of religion is to provide rules for life, while government serves as its guardian. Al-Ghazali states that religion and government cannot be separated, just like twin siblings born from the same womb. Scholars serve as the guiding agents of the government. Through the tradition of the Prophet, al-Ghazali sees the necessity for an association between the sultan and scholars. He argues that the caliph must receive support from scholars to carry out religious duties. Scholars have the right to interpret the Shariah according to the problems and conditions faced by the public. Foucault views power as positive, because it is able to produce the scope of objects and rituals of truth. Power and religion are often like one entity, but it is not uncommon for the two to clash. The issue of power and religion is reflected in the 2024 Mojokerto Regent Election (Pilbup). Candidate number one is the incumbent and the son of prominent cleric, candidate number two is also the son of prominent cleric and the son of former two-term Mojokerto Regent. This research purposed to analyze authority relations and religion in Pilbup Mojokerto from the perspective of Foucault’s power relations and knowledge theory. This research uses a discourse analysis approach in the mass media about the Pilbup Mojokerto. The results of research conclude, in Foucault's view power works with a series of certain rule systems to produce a chain of power. The relationship between power and knowledge is inseparable, because power produces knowledge, and knowledge has power. In the context of Pilbup Mojokerto, the relationship between power and religion occurs with the production of each candidate's religious identity. Knowledge production about performance that has been carried out during one period, and as representatives of NU cadres by candidate number one. Knowledge production about a figure with qualified religion (ex-scholar of Al-Azhar University Egypt), the son of a famous kiai, and the son of a former two-term Mojokerto Regent, as well as various kinds of massive knowledge production through religious-titled activities by candidate number two. This journal focuses on three main questions: (1) What is the concept of tolerance among Muslims? (2) What are the foundations for establishing this concept? (3) What are the methods of character education for tolerance among Muslims in the Qur'an? This study employs a library research approach with a descriptive-analytical method and thematic exegesis.
