Constructing of Nationalism in National Jurisprudence Education

Abstract

Seeing the current reality, many media have reported about the anxiety that has hit the Indonesian nation. One of them is the Transnational movement which is trying to undermine the sovereignty of the State. Friction between mass organizations is also a threat to the disintegration of the nation. This article aims to explain the internalization process of National Fiqh education to shape the attitude of Nationalism and explain the results of the internalization process for Mahasantri Ma'had Aly Lirboyo Kediri. This research is a type of field research. In this study the authors use qualitative research methods. The results of this study are as follows: first, the internalization process of national fiqh education. The research findings are in accordance with Peter L. Berger's theory of Social Construction, there is a "dialectical triad" namely Externalization, Objectivation and Internalization. The Internalization of National Fiqh Education in shaping the attitude of Nationalism is as follows: the addition of the content of the National Fiqh lessons in the Ma'had Aly curriculum, making scientific papers with a national theme, holding PKPNU, the existence of a special Ma'had Aly magazine, Roan activities, mass bahtsul agenda' il. It can be concluded that the results of Internalization are as follows: internalized, Mahasantri's spirit of Nationalism is ingrained, animates the mindset, attitude and behavior, then builds self-awareness about the importance of understanding nationalism to be applied
