Productive Work Culture and Human Resources Development Strategy at BMT Nahdlatul Ulama'
Abstract
Human resources are a very vital asset for the company in achieving its goals. Therefore, it is important for companies to strengthen the ability and competence of employees through training and development programs, This research uses descriptive qualitative, the results of this study are: Human Resources (HR) development plays an important role in improving the performance of BMT NU Barokah Blora. The recruitment and selection process is a very crucial first step, because it determines the quality of HR that will support BMT NU Barokah Blora's strategy in achieving competitive advantage. Continuous HR development, through proper employee HR Upgrading, not only improves employee skills and job satisfaction, but also contributes to workforce stability and innovation in the organization. Factors that influence productive culture at BMT NU Barokah Blora are as follows: 1) Inspiring Leadership, 2) Application of Sharia Values, 3) Development of HR Skills and Competencies, 4) Conducive Work Environment, 5) Effective Communication, 6) Work-Life Balance, 7) Performance Rewards and Recognition, 8) Fair and Transparent Reward System, 9) Innovation and Continuous Improvement, 10) Utilization of Technology, 11) Time Management and Clear Targets
