Penyuluhan dan Mentoring Pemanfaatan Platform Digital untuk Agrowisata Petik Durian di Desa Nagasareh, Kecamatan Banyuates, Kabupaten Sampang
Abstract
This research aims to improve the understanding and skills of durian picking agro-tourism managers in Nagasareh Village in utilizing digital platforms for marketing. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the type of action research, which involves counseling, mentoring, and workshops. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and surveys conducted before and after the activity. The results showed that counseling succeeded in increasing managers' understanding of the importance of social media in marketing, with 85% of participants feeling more prepared to create interesting content. Mentoring sessions have a significant impact on managers' ability to create interactive content, as evidenced by the positive response of visitors to the posts made. In addition, the workshops were successful in attracting visitors' interest and increasing their satisfaction, with 80% of participants expressing interest in participating in similar educational activities in the future. The implications of this study suggest that an integrated approach in training can increase the capacity of agro-tourism managers, which in turn can contribute to the development of local economies. The study also recommends the need for ongoing support from the government and related institutions to strengthen digital marketing skills among agro-tourism managers.
