PERSEPSI PENGUSAHA MIKRO TERHADAP AKAD MURABAHAH DI ERA EKONOMI PANDEMI CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 PADA BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA KCP MOJOSARI
Abstract
In the midst of the pandemic crisis, almost all business actors have experienced a decrease in income to bankruptcy. In order to maintain their business, business people borrow capital from the Bank. BSI KCP Mojosari-Mojokerto offers murabahah contract financing as a solution so that business actors do not experience bankruptcy. This study aims to determine the views of business people on murabahah contract financing at Indonesian Islamic Bank KCP Mojosari-Mojokerto. This research uses qualitative method by doing a field research, which is a research conducted systematically by lifting data from the field. Where researchers observe directly about all events that occur through observation of data and conditions in the field. The results of this study state that micro-business actors see the murabaha contract as a solution amid the decline in income due to the Covid 19 pandemic. That is because the transparency carried out during the contract and policies that support customers make customers quite satisfied and positive about the murabaha contract financing at BSI KCP Mojosari-Mojokerto.
