Abstract

This research aims to examine the moral values, ethics, and principles of holistic da'wa in a social, cultural, and political context. Da'wa, in essence, is an effort to present Islam by integrating Islamic values into the dynamics of daily life. However, our current reality often shows a tendency for da'wa to become trapped in ceremonial patterns: rhetoric-filled lectures, lively studies, but often lacking a transformative impact on actual behavior. Da'wa should not stop at the level of discourse, but must be holistic: teaching, guiding, and presenting Islamic values in social practice. Holistic da'wa demands an integration of intellectual, spiritual, and practical aspects. Da'wa is not only about conveying (tabligh), but also about shaping (takwīn) and mobilizing (tanfīdz). This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis to obtain and answer various questions related to the moral values of da'wa, da'wa ethics, and da'wa principles in the social, cultural, and political context of holistic da'wa. The researcher employed a library research method, a technique for collecting reference data sources by examining literature, scientific journals, books, and articles through digital sources related to the issues raised in this research. The results of the study indicate that holistic da'wa is not understood as a purely verbal activity, but as a civilizational project that integrates personal and social piety. In the contemporary era, da'wa has developed through the use of digital technology as an effective and far-reaching communication medium, as well as a relevant and strategic approach to addressing the challenges of contemporary society, as it is able to bridge Islamic values and contemporary social dynamics in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.
