Muhammadiyah Radio Da'wah Broadcast Management
Abstract
This research aims to determine the da'wah media used, and the management of Muhammadiyah radio da'wah media in increasing the knowledge of the Muslim community in the city of Medan. The method used is a qualitative FieldRisech type approach with interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the research are several da'wah media used by Muhammadiyah radio such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. The management of Muhammadiyah radio preaching media is carried out by carrying out management through planning, namely determining target listeners, arranging schedules, compiling and creating schedules for lecture presenters, as well as interesting programs. Organizing, namely by dividing work and responsibilities between each division. Implementation, namely carrying out processes such as recording schedules and administration, filtering what content is appropriate or can be listened to by the public, and viewing feedback. Supervision, which is carried out by monitoring broadcasts or content to ensure that the messages conveyed through the media are correct. Then hold monthly or annual meetings involving leadership, staff and Muhammadiyah radio coordinators to discuss evaluations and activity agendas so that they are in accordance with what has been planned.
