Da'wah Communication System in the Digital Era Via Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube

Abstract

The da'wah communication system in the digital era has undergone a significant transformation. The da'wah methods used in the previous period were limited to direct interactions such as lectures and reading. With advances in digital technology, various platforms are now increasingly being used as a means to send da'wah messages to a larger audience. This research uses a quantitative description method in this research using data from various sources such as journals, the internet, and articles related to the da'wah communication system in the digital era, especially on the Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms. The aim of this research is to discuss the advantages and consequences of the da'wah communication system in the digital era, as well as explain methods for creating an effective and efficient communication system. The research results show that the digital era with the existence of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and so on provides opportunities for preachers and missionaries to develop a da'wah communication system. The use of digital platforms in da'wah can increase effectiveness and efficiency in conveying messages, as well as provide space for interaction between preachers and audiences. By building a better and more responsible da'wah communication system, it can have a positive impact on society and be very beneficial for the spread of true religious teachings. However, further research is needed to optimize the use of digital platforms as an effective and efficient means of da'wah.
