Perilaku Usaha Mikro di Area Wisata Pantai Lon Malang Perspektif Kewirausahaan Islam
Micro Business Behavior in Lon Beach Tourism Area in Malang with Islamic Entrepreneurship Perspective
Abstract
Lon Malang Beach is one of the beaches located in the Sampang Regency, with annual visitor data exceeding 85,000 tourists. This study aims to understand the behavior of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) at Lon Malang Beach. This research employs a descriptive qualitative analysis method, utilizing interviews and observations for data collection. The data collected will be re-analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study conclude that the MSME actors at Lon Malang Beach exhibit very good behavior towards visiting tourists. The comfort of service for visitors is of utmost importance because the behavior of MSMEs will determine the attractiveness of the MSMEs themselves, not just for the primary visitors of Lon Malang Beach. Several strategies employed by MSMEs at Lon Malang Beach, which adhere to Islamic principles, show how they effectively implement these strategies. Although not all visitors to Lon Malang Beach are Muslims, MSMEs can still apply very good behavior towards them. Additionally, the MSMEs have optimized strategies in terms of pricing, service, and products. The actions of MSMEs have a significant impact on the visitors to Lon Malang Beach. From an Islamic perspective, MSME actors are encouraged to uphold justice, including in setting prices and ensuring the halal status of the products they sell..
