Abstract
This quantitative explanatory study aimed to examine the effect of Organizational Support Perception and Career Development on the Work Motivation of civil servants at UPTD Puskesmas Sungai Ambawang. The research employed a cross-sectional design, with 49 civil servants selected as respondents. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, correlation, and determination tests. The results indicate that both Organizational Support Perception and Career Development significantly and positively influence Work Motivation. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) of 0.619 shows a strong relationship, while the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.384 indicates that 38.4% of variations in Work Motivation are explained by the independent variables.
