Sejarah Awal Pembentukan Struktur Dasar Masyarakat Islam Melalui Piagam Madinah
The Early History of Islamic Society Basic Structure from Madinah Charter
Abstract
This research discusses the early history of the formation of Islamic society through the Medina Charter. In this research, the author uses a qualitative approach that is narrative-descriptive-analytic. As the embodiment of the big idea in the form of the principles of the life of the Islamic community in Medina, the Prophet Muhammad was able to make Islam a religion that resulted in reconciliation between the tribes in Medina. He was able to unite the people of Medina at that time through the Medina Charter. This research uses qualitative research and literature study, by collecting data in the form of writing that related. The results obtained from this historical investigation prove that the main content of the Medina Charter is that it does not differentiate between groups, between Quraiys, Yathribs or Jews; they work hand in hand with one another to create harmony among the ummah and prosperity of the nation and society.
