Abstract

This community service program aims to optimize the role of youth and local economic potential in Urung-Urung Hamlet, Jatijejer Village, through the establishment of the "Village Youth Empowerment Post." The method employed is participatory mentoring, encompassing observation, problem identification, and the implementation of cross-sectoral work programs. The primary focus includes strengthening family economies through sharia-based coffee MSME training and e-commerce strategies, enhancing literacy by revitalizing Community Reading Centers (TBM), and digitalizing village administration for youth and village officials. The results indicate a significant increase in participants' understanding of sharia-based economic management and digital skills. Furthermore, the creation of a digital profile for the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) serves as an effective promotional tool for village potential. This activity successfully aligns students' academic competencies with the real needs of the community to achieve sustainable village independence
