Focus and Scope
The journal welcomes manuscripts addressing, among others, the following areas:

Theories and methodologies of maqāṣid-oriented Islamic law (maqāṣid, maṣlaḥah, qawā‘id fiqhiyyah, uṣūl al-fiqh).

Contemporary ijtihād and fatwā: the dynamics of iftā’, authority, and fatwā governance.

Family law, Islamic economics/finance, and modern mu‘āmalāt (including digital/fintech issues).

Islamic public law: siyāsah shar‘iyyah, governance, legislation, and legal reform.

Comparative legal systems (Islamic–national–international) and issues of human rights, social justice, and public ethics.

Cross-disciplinary issues: bioethics, environment, health, education, media, and technology—examined through a maqāṣid framework.
