Abstract

Strengthening family economic resilience is a strategic effort to achieve sustainable social welfare. This study aims to analyze the role of business licensing and the application of Islamic family law principles in supporting family economic resilience. Business licensing provides legal certainty, protection for business actors, and access to financing and business development opportunities. Meanwhile, Islamic family law principles emphasize responsibility, justice, cooperation, and lawful wealth management within family life. The research employs a normative juridical approach through the analysis of statutory regulations and Islamic legal literature. The findings indicate that business legality supported by Islamic family law values can enhance family economic stability, strengthen the role of family members in economic activities, and encourage sustainable and beneficial welfare. Therefore, the synergy between business licensing and Islamic family law principles serves as an important instrument in building family economic resilience amid modern social and economic challenges.
