Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Perempuan Melalui UMKM Berbasis PREMAN (Preneur Lamongan Megilan) di Kecamatan Maduran

Abstract

Women's economic empowerment is an important effort in achieving inclusive and sustainable development. One innovative approach is through the development of thug-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), known as Preneur Lamongan Megilan in Maduran District. This program aims to empower women in MSME management by utilizing local potential, including skills and resources possessed by local thugs. Through entrepreneurship, business management, and marketing training, women in Maduran sub-district are encouraged to become successful preneurs in various economic sectors, such as handicraft production, food, and services. In addition, this program also provides women access to business capital, market networks, and technical support to improve the quality and competitiveness of their MSME products. The results of the initial evaluation show the positive impact of this program, including increasing income, economic independence, and women's active role in local development. By actively involving women in thug-based economic activities, Preneur Lamongan Megilan in Maduran District has become an inspiring model in efforts to empower women's economy at the local level.
