Abstract

This study aims to find out how the management and development of productive waqf is implemented by the Jami' Jetis Mosque, Samigaluh, Kulon Progo. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with explanations related to the existing problems. The results of this study are that the nadzir of the Jami' Jetis Mosque has managed waqf productively in accordance with the rules of the Waqf Law concerning the Management and Development of Waqf. And done with modern management. A supporting factor in managing and developing productive waqf is the existence of a professional nadhir. the inhibiting factor itself is the factor of minimal nadhir personnel and the lack of nadhir guidance in understanding productive waqf development innovations.
