IMPLEMENTATION OF WALIMATUL URSY IN THE TIME OF COVID-19 WITH NEW NORMAL RULES PERSPECTIVE MASLAHAH MURSALAH

Abstract

The implementation of walimatul ursy in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic with new normal rules. The perspective of maslahah mursalah in Lumajang Regency has experienced many obstacles, including the implementation of health protocols. The writing of this article aims to analyze the implementation of Walimatul Ursy in Lumajang Regency and the community's compliance with the new normal rules in the implementation of Walimatul Ursy. The writing of this research article uses field research methods and is qualitative in nature. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative, as a research procedure that produces descriptive   data in the form of written or spoken words from people and actors who can be observed, direct observation real life environment. The results of this study are that the implementation of walimatul ursy in Lumajang Regency, the community is less than optimal in applying the new normal rules, the implementation of the maslahah mursalah perspective in a pandemic can be carried out, with a note following the health protocol rules in accordance with the new normal rules, as the principles and rules of maslahah mursalah themselves prioritize which is more beneficial and avoids harm.
