Abstract

Free market era / MEA requires the readiness of Human Resources / Members and cooperative organizational. This readiness can be realized by strategies in preparing and developing reliable HR/ Natural resource in order to be able to compete and gradually in the ASEAN countries integration competition. The importance of readiness of HR / natural resource in cooperative organizations is because Indonesia is a consumptive country and has a small business base, and has so many. Preparation strategies are carried out when receiving HR / natural resource cooperative candidates where standards are required for reliable / competent members. There are 6 stages in a reliable HR / natural resource recruitment session, such as (1) Application form regarding filling in the registration form for prospective members; (2) Motivation of concepts of personal, group and cooperative interests; (3) The test consists of individual tests relating to general knowledge and group tests relating to cooperation and mutual cooperation in the team; (4) Interviews regarding basic potential and cooperatives; (5) Health tests regarding physical and spiritual preparation; (6) Placement regarding the position to be carried out; and (7) Job Disc regarding the duties and responsibilities that will be carried out by both HR / natural resource rights and obligations.
