Human Resource Management Strategy in Creating Superior Educators
Abstract
Schools really need educational human resources who are competent and have certain competencies needed to support the successful implementation of their work. Management of educational human resources plays an important role. Human resource management is closely related to the management of individuals in the organization, so that each individual has a contribution to achieving organizational goals. The quality of human resources in the school environment also greatly determines the quality of education implementation in the school, therefore efforts need to be made so that schools have superior quality human resources. This research aims to understand the role of human resource management in creating superior-quality human resources in the school environment. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method by reviewing 30 accredited national articles obtained from Google Scholar. The results of the study show that human resource management plays a very important role in creating human resources of superior quality in the school environment. Human resource management is not only about managing human resources, there are many other aspects that must be considered. Starting from recruitment, and development, to compensation. In this case, management plays a role in teacher recruitment and selection, professional development, teacher performance evaluation, welfare support and compensation, development of a positive school culture, and conflict management.
