Developing the Spelling Material Based on An Android Application Using Ispring Suite Programming to Enhance Motivation Among Female Students at Ma’had Nurah Aldeera Sukabumi
Pengembangan Materi Imla' Berbasis Aplikasi Android Menggunakan Pemrograman Ispring Suite untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Siswa Perempuan di Ma’had Nurah Aldeera Sukabumi [تطوير مادة الإملاء على أساس تطبيق أندرويد باستخدام برمجة إسبرينج سويت لإثارة الدافعية لدى الطالبات بمعهد نورة الدرع سوكابومي]
Abstract
Purpose - This research aims to: (1) Describe how to develop Android application using Ispring Suite programming for teaching spelling rules. (2) Determine the suitability of the Android application for teaching. (3) Analyze the effectiveness of the Android application in enhancing motivation among female students at Ma’had Nuroh Aldeera Sukabumi.
Design/methodology/approach - This is an R&D study following the (ADDIE) model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and document analysis. The product validation was performed by a design expert and an instructional materials expert. And this study utilized the Paired Samples Test to measure the pre-observation and post-observation results to determine the effectiveness of the product in stimulating the motivation of female students.
Findings/results – The researcher concluded that Ispring Suite programming can be used to develop dictation material on the basis of an Android application. Any teacher can use ISpring Suite to develop other educational materials.
Originality/value - The use of Spring Suite programming in the development of educational materials based on the Android application.
