CEFR-Based Maharah Qiraah Learning Interactive Test Using the Quizziz App

Abstract

Purpose - The Aims of the study is to develop an interactive assessment tool for learning maharah qiraah based on the CEFR by utilizing a desk-based qualitative desk-repetitive approach.

Design/methodology/approach - The research approach used is qualitative research with the type of literature review. The way it works is to search for data through internet media or website media related to the research theme. To strengthen the data, in this study and a trial using CERF-based Quizziz media for reading proficiency.

Findings/results – The study's findings summarize that interactive assessments based on the CEFR using the Quizziz app are among the most effective tools for assessment as learning in Arabic language instruction (maharah qiraah). This is because they better accommodate the rapid advancement of technology and align with the more rigorous and realistic CEFR standards when it comes to observing and enhancing student maharah qiraah.

Originality/value - The quizziz application is effective and efficient to be used for the practice of learning maharah qiraah with CERF. Students are more enthusiastic about using the quizziz application in practicing CERF for maharah qiraah.
